¶ Sandbox
A sandbox environment is used to test the current or new programming codes to check if the desired output is achieved or not. This section will cover how to create a sandbox environment
¶ Create Sandboxes
To create a sandbox environment below steps needs to be followed:
- Go to Admin --> Sandboxes (under Development section) or click on Sandboxes
- Click on Add Sandbox
- Add the Name, Prefix and the Password and click submit
- The username of the sandbox will be admin@sandbox.{prefix}.team
- The password of the sandbox cannot be changed through the parent account but when you login to the sandbox account from user management you can change the password
Multiple sandbox account creation is possible and in one sandbox account n number of users can be created same as that of the parent account
¶ Archive Sandbox
By the below steps you can archive the sandbox account:
- Go to Admin --> Sandboxes (under Development section) or click on Sandboxes
- In the list of sandboxes, click on the three dots under Actions column of the required sandbox
- Click on the 'Archive' option
Once the sandbox is archived the user cannot unarchive it and the user will not be able to login through the archived sandbox again.
¶ View archived sandboxes
You can view the archived sandboxes by:
- Go to Admin --> Sandboxes (under Development section) or click on Sandboxes
- Click on the toggle 'Show Archived?'
