¶ Actions
Process list shows the list of leads of a particular procedure. Leads can be modified as per the actions performed to them.
We can change the state, assignee, status etc of one or more lead in process list through Actions options.
¶ Using Actions on Chakra
We can modify the lead by the below steps:
- Go to process list
- Select the leads. You can select one or more leads at same.
- Go to the
Actionsoption (Pencil or edit icon on the right) - Select the option :
a. Change Assignee: The change assignee option will assgin the lead to the particular selected user from the dropdown.
b. Change State: The change state option will change the state of the lead to the particular selected state from the dropdown
c. Change Status: The change status option will change the state of the lead to the particular selected status from the dropdown.
d. Change Pod: The change pod option will change the state of the lead to the particular selected pod from the dropdown.
e. Send Message: Send Message option will send message as per the message template and message selected by the user
f. Delete: Delete option will permanently delete the lead from chakra. There is no way to track the deleted leads.
