¶ New Internal Lead
We can create a new lead through the internal form present on Chakra in the process list. The lead created from this form gets assigned to the user who creates the lead.
¶ New lead creation through form
New lead can be created by:
- Go to process list of the procedure where you want to create the lead
- Click on
New Leadi.e the+icon presesnt next to the actions button - Fill the form and click on submit
The new lead created will be assigned to the same user who is creating the lead
