ΒΆ User-Skill Mapping
We saw how we can create skills and their requirement conditions. The last part of configuring skills and skill-based allocation and access control is to map users to skills. Follow the below steps:
- Click on
User Detailsagainst a skill you created - Type the username of the agent you'd like to tag to the skill
- Select an appropriate level of competency against the skill
Please note, if there are multiple skill types being configured for a procedure, you must ensure that users are tagged against all these skill types.
