  1. Open the Chakra application and head to Help & Support.
  2. Click "Raise a Ticket" to start.
  3. In the Title field, give a short, clear summary of your issue or request.
  4. In the "Describe your issue below" box, explain what’s going on in detail.
  5. You can attach images by clicking the + icon.
  6. Click "Create" to submit your ticket
