Invite Team Members/Users

Overview

You can have your coworkers use and manage your account in Chakra Chat; just invite your team members to Chakra Chat. Note: Only Admin and Manager roles can add new users

Add a Team Member/User

Go to 👉 User Section

Users

Click on Invite User

Invite User

Add the User details: Name, Username, password, role, etc. Click Submit

Add User Details

The new user has been added successfully


About Role and Role Types

Roles can be defined in Chakra to categorize your team into separate groups based on their job function. Role types will determine what a user can do or see within Chakra Chat. Based on the role type, the level of access, and permissions within the system can be defined. Chakra Chat has 3 different role types:

Admin - Admins have access to all types of system configurations and data.

Manager - Managers have limited access to system configuration, but have access to all data.

User - Users do not have access to team-level configurations and only have limited access to data ( only relevant/assigned to them).

Create a Role

Go to the Role tab and click Add Role

Add Role

Name the role and add the role type. Click Submit

The new role has been created successfully
