Add Leads

You can add leads in 2 ways

One at a time​

  • Navigate to the Leads screen

  • Click the + (New Lead) Button on the top right section

    Add New Lead

  • Fill out the lead creation form

Via Bulk upload​

  • Navigate to the Leads screen

  • Click the Bulk Upload Changes Button

  • Click "CSV Template" link to download a csv with all available columns

  • Open the csv template in a excel or google sheets and fill out your data

  • Save the file

  • Then upload the modified csv file back in chakra

  • Verify / modify the column mapping

  • Hit submit

  • System will run data validations

  • After validations are complete - Click "Submit For Completion"
