How to upload leads in bulk in Chakra?

We can create or update leads on bulk on Chakra i.e more than one lead can be created or updated at a time. This can be done by usign bulk upload feature.

You can bulk upload the lead for create or update by:

1. Go to the process list page
2. Click on the upload icon (Bulk Upload Changes)
3. Download the template and add the required column and their data to create the lead on Chakra. The File saved should only be of .csv format
4. Upload by click on New Upload and then map the columns
5. Click on Submit and then Submit for Completion

To update any lead through bulk upload, add the primary key attribute colunmn and the column you want to update.

NOTE: If you are updating the leads by using download table option then make sure the data. is removed from the columns while updating any lead through bulk upload
