Steps to setup Shopify Integration in Chakra
Overview:
You can configure Shopify Store notification on WhatsApp using Chakra Chat Shopify Webhook Plugin.
Create Shopify Plugin
- Go to Plugins in Chakra Admin -> Plugins
- Click on
⊕ Add Plugin - Search for
Shopify Webhooksplugin
- Click on
- Name the Shopify plugin and click Add

The Shopify Webhook Plugin is now created.
Access the Shopify Plugin
- Access the Plugin created from the plugin list
- In the Plugin Page,
Shopify Configtab

- Use the particular Webhooks listed to Configure the webhooks in your shopify store
- In the Rule tab, configure the rules to handle received webhook events

Configure Webhooks in Shopify
- Copy the use case webhook in Chakra Shopify plugin
- Go to your Shopify Store Admin
- Click on
⚙️ Settings - Search for
Webhookin the search bar. Click on Webhook page
- Click on
- Click on ⊕ Create webhook to add a new webhook

- Configure the Webhook settings
- Event (As per use case order creation or Order fulfilled, etc )
- Format (JSON)
- URL (use the Copied Chakra Webhook from Chakra Shopify Plugin page)
- Webhook API version (choose latest one)

- Add more webhooks for other use cases
Note: Create separate webhooks for each of your shopify notification use case
Configure Inbound Event Rules in Chakra
- Click on Add Another
- Configure the Rule
- Triggering Event Type (Order Created, Fulfillment Created, etc.)
- Action Type (Send WhatsApp Message, Add to Campaign, etc.)
- Whatsapp Phone Number (customer.phone)
- Message Channel
- Select Plugin (Default plugin if only 1 WhatsApp Connector added)
- From Phone Number (WhatsApp Phone Connected)
- Select Message Template (Message Template)
- Message Template variables liek image, variable name, order id etc

- Click on
Save. Make the PluginActive
The configuration is complete. Test the Shopify integration and get started.
