📢 How to broadcast WhatsApp templated messages using CSV upload?

Easily send WhatsApp broadcasts to multiple contacts in one go using our CSV upload feature!

Note: Only static templates (without variables or parameters) are supported at this time.

✅ Before you begin​

Prepare a CSV file with a list of phone numbers you’d like to send your broadcast to.

🚀 Step-by-step guide​

  1. Go to Admin > Lead > Campaigns in your dashboard.
  2. Click the “New Broadcast” button at the top right corner.
  3. Under the Select Channel section, choose your WhatsApp plugin.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Pick the WhatsApp number you'd like to send the message from.
  6. In the Message Template dropdown, choose the static WhatsApp template you want to use.
  7. Continue to the recipient selection screen.
  8. Select the “Individuals” radio button under the Send to section.
    • Click “Choose File” and upload your prepared CSV.
  9. Once uploaded, the phone numbers from your file will appear.
    You can edit or add numbers manually at this point.
  10. Click Next
  11. Review everything, then hit the Launch button to send your message.
