Content Source Types
You can configure the following types of content sources
FAQs
FAQs are a list of questions and answers that can be used to train an AI bot. It is recommended to keep the answers shorter than 500 words. There is no limit to the number of questions you can configure. This is especially helpful for allowing your bot to field common questions asked by users of your business
Text
This a plain text content source, you can add a large text from a document or webpage here.
Products
This is a special type of content source powered by products etiher configured directly on Chakra or synced from WhatsaApp. This is useful to generate product recommendations to users especially in the e-commerce setup
Web Page (Url)
You can also configure a content source out of a webpage by providint the direct public link of the same. Our scraper will parse the textual content of the webpage and train the AI bot with its information.
Re-sync Content sources
Every time you add or update a content source, the content is analyzed and used to train our bot. You can manually trigger this by clicking the Re-Sync button against a content source in the list.
