Broadcast from a file
You can broadcast WhatsApp templated messages to a list of phone numbers from a csv file by following the steps below. Please NOTE that currently only static templates without any parameters or variables are supported.
- First Prepare a CSV file with the list of phone numbers to whom you want to broadcast
- Go to Lead Campaigns List [Admin > Lead > Campaigns]
- Click "New Broadcast" from the top right corner
- Ensure your WhatsApp plugin is selected in the "Select Channel" section
- Click
Next - Chose from WhatsApp phone number
- Choose the message template in the "Message Template" selection
- Click
Next - Make sure "Individuals" radio button is selected under "Send to"
- Click "Choose File" and select the prepared CSV file
- Once the file is processed, you should be able to see the list of phone numbers in the select box
- Edit/Add phone numbers as you see fit
- Click
