Use AI Assisted Reply

You can use AI to assist you in reply to answer user queries. You need to configure AI content sources before you can use this feature.

Follow the steps below to use this feature

  • The AI assist reply button is located in the Chat dashboard to the left of the text input box
  • When you receive a question from a user/customer, click this button
  • Select "Generate Reply"
  • If AI finds a relevant answer it will be populated in the text input box
  • Now you can check and modify the answer and hit send to send the answer to the customer
