Template Messages

πŸ“‘ Template Messages​

Template Messages are pre-approved messages used to start a conversation with customers who:

  • Have never messaged you, or
  • Haven’t contacted you in the last 24 hours

You can send these via the Chat Dashboard or the Lead Details page. But first, you need to create and get the template approved by Facebook.

πŸ“Œ What You Need to Know:​

  • These messages are chargeable
  • Pre-approval from Facebook is required
  • You must set up payment on both Chakra and Facebook
  • They’re subject to volume limits and quality monitoring
  • Templates use placeholders (e.g. {{customer_name}}) for personalization

Hi {{customer_name}}, We haven't heard from you in a while. Do you have any feedback for your last purchase made on {{purchase_date}}?
