📢 Broadcast WhatsApp templated messages to filtered Leads

You can send WhatsApp broadcasts to a targeted list of your existing leads using message templates.
To create leads, follow the instructions on the Add Leads page. Once your leads are ready, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Admin > Lead > Campaigns in your dashboard.

2. Click “New Broadcast” at the top right corner.

3. In the Select Channel section, choose your WhatsApp plugin.

4. Click Next to proceed.

5. Select the WhatsApp phone number you want to send the message from.

6. Choose a static message template from the Message Template dropdown.

7. Click Next again.

8. Under Send to, select the “Filtered Subscribers” radio button.

9. Use the Select Filters section to choose filters that target the leads you want to message.

10. If no filters are selected, the broadcast will be sent to all open leads.

11. Click Next to continue.

12. Review the details and click Launch to send your broadcast.
