⏰ Schedule Campaign Steps Within Business Hours
While you can delay campaign steps using the Relative Time setting, timing your messages right is key to better engagement.
Want to make sure WhatsApp messages land during your customer’s preferred hours? You can do that by setting Business Hours for your campaign steps.
🛠️ How to Configure Business Hours
- In any campaign step (typically a "Send WhatsApp Message" step), open the configuration panel.
- Toggle "Enable Business Hours" to
Yes
. - Under Business Days, choose the days you want the message to be sent (e.g., Mon–Fri).
- Set the Business Start Time and Business End Time.
- Make sure the end time is after the start time.
- Click
Done
to save the step. - Click
Save
at the top right to update the campaign.
💡 Example Scenario
Let’s say:
- A step is scheduled to go 5 hours after the previous one.
- Business Hours are set as 9 AM to 6 PM.
- A lead enters the campaign at 4 PM.
Result? That step will be scheduled for the next day at 1 PM (i.e., 5 business hours later).
⚠️ A Few Important Notes
- Business hour rules apply only to newly scheduled leads. Already scheduled leads won't be updated retroactively.
- Perfect for ensuring your messages aren’t sent late at night or during off-hours when engagement drops.
