Chakra Subscription Paid Plan enabled your account to access all the Chakra Chat Features (including Chat Dashboard, Chatbots, AI Chatbot, Campaigns, Leads, etc)

10000 Template Messages/month - This is the allowed limit to number of templates messages that can be sent in a particular Paid Plan. Please note, every template messages is charged by Meta and it's not included in Chakra Chat Paid Subscription Plan

Unlimited Session Messages - Session messages are free-form, non-template messages sent within a 24-hour "customer service window" that opens when a user messages a business. This is basically messages excahnged on Chat. Read more about this here

Pro-rated @ $0.001 per template message after 10000 messages - If your account sends a higher number of template messages than the prescribed limit in your Chakra Subscription Paid Plan, a pro-rated charge is applicable at this rate on top of your standard Chakra Paid Plan Susbcription Value.

Example: If you are in Starter plan and send 12,000 template messages in a month. Your account has sent 2,000 messages over the prescribed limit of the Plan. So, a pro-rated charges on these excess message count (2,000) @ $0.001 = $2 is added to your base Subscription Plan charge of $12.49.

Messages Types and Charges

Service Messages: Free-form responses to user-initiated inquiries, such as customer support replies or FAQs. Such Replies are sent to users within a 24-hour window (also known as the Customer Service Window - CSW) after the user's last message to your business. Service messages are always FREE with NO limits.

Template Messages: Template messages are pre-approved, structured message formats that businesses use to initiate conversations with users who have opted in to receive them. There are various categories of template messages, e.g., Marketing, Utility, Authentication, etc. Template messages are always CHARGED. Check the Meta’s Rate Card for Template Messages
