Messages Types and Charges
Service Messages: Free-form responses to user-initiated inquiries, such as customer support replies or FAQs. Such Replies are sent to users within a 24-hour window (also known as the Customer Service Window - CSW) after the user's last message to your business. Service messages are always FREE with NO limits

Template Messages: Template messages are pre-approved, structured message formats that businesses use to initiate conversations with users who have opted in to receive them. There are various categories of template messages, e.g., Marketing, Utility, Authentication, etc. Template messages are always CHARGED
