All AI features in Chakra rely on AI Content Sources to provide accurate, relevant responses tailored to your business. These sources act as the knowledge base for your bots. Enhance your AI automations with content that delivers context-aware responses.

Create AI Content Sources

AI Settings
  • In the Content Sources tab, click on New Content Source

  • In Create Content Source, add a name and select the content type (Text, FAQs, Webpage URLs, Products)

  • Add Content 
    • Add Text Content
    • Add large blocks of plain text from documents or other content.
    • Best for informational sections like policies, descriptions, or manuals.

    • Add FAQ content
    • A list of question-answer pairs used to train your AI bots.
    • Ideal for addressing common user queries about your business. Add unlimited FAQs
    • ✅ Tip: Keep answers under 500 words for best results.

    • Add Content URLs
  • Enter the URL of a public web page.
  • Chakra will scrape and convert the textual content into a usable source for your AI bot.

Automatically sync your product catalog from Chakra or WhatsApp.Useful for AI-powered product recommendations in e-commerce setups.

How to Edit Content

  • Click on the Content type in the List
  • Edit the content and Save

Re-sync AI Content

  • Anytime you add or update a content source, Chakra re-trains the AI to include the latest information.
  • To manually trigger a sync, click the Re-Sync button next to the content source on the list.

Note: Keeping your content up-to-date ensures your AI responds accurately to your customers.
