🤖 How to use AI assisted reply?

Speed up your response time and improve accuracy using Chakra’s AI-Assisted Reply feature. With AI, you can instantly generate smart replies to customer queries—powered by your configured content.

⚠️ Make sure you’ve set up your AI Content Sources before using this feature.

✨ How It Works

1. Open the Chat Dashboard
2. Locate the AI Assist Reply button (to the left of the text input box)
3. When you receive a question:

• Click the AI Assist Reply button
• Select Generate Reply

4. The AI will search for a relevant answer from your content sources

• If an answer is found, it will be auto-filled in the input box

5. Review and edit the generated response if needed
6. Hit Send to deliver the reply to the customer
