You can use filters to quickly find specific chats based on conditions like chat status, assigned agent, tags, and more.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Go to the Chat Section: Navigate to the left sidebar and click on the "Chats" section, where all your conversations are listed.
  2. Click the Filter Icon: On top of the chat list, click on the filter funnel icon. This opens the filter panel.
  3. Add Filter Rule: In the filter panel, click β€œAdd Rule”. Choose a condition (e.g., status != CLOSED) based on what you want to filter.
  4. Apply the Filter: Once your rule is added, click the "Apply" button at the top right.

Now the chat section shows the filtered data
