Business Hours Config

You can schedule campaign steps to be executed at a later time by choosing a Relative when configuration for the step.

However, you would want WhatsApp messages to be delivered to people's inboxes during a set period of time - to drive maximal engagement. To achieve this you must do the following in a step;s configuration

  • Toggle the "Enable Business Hours" switch to "Yes"
  • Select the days on which you want this message to be sent by selecting the appropriate days from "Business Days"
  • Select Business Start Time and Business End Time to define the time of the day in which the messages should land.
    • Please note that Business End Time should be greater than Business Start Time
  • Click Done to save the step config
  • Click Save to save the campaign with the updated step

A few notes

  • Any config change in business hours will only affect the next lead being scheduled for this step. Leads in already scheduled state for this step will remain unaffected
  • Example of business hours specific computation
    • Lets say a "send WhatsApp message" step is configured to be sent after 5 hours
    • Lets say you have configured business hours with start and time of 9 pm to 6pm.
    • Now a lead is added at 4 pm
    • Then by business hours computation logic, It will be scheduled to be run the next day at 1 PM
