Broadcast to Existing Leads
You can broadcast WhatsApp templated messages to a list of existing leads. To create leads follow the steps outlined in Add Leads page. Then follow the steps below:
- Go to Lead Campaigns List [Admin > Lead > Campaigns]
- Click "New Broadcast" from the top right corner
- Ensure your WhatsApp plugin is selected in the "Select Channel" section
- Click
Next - Chose from WhatsApp phone number
- Choose the message template in the "Message Template" selection
- Click
Next - Make sure "Filtered Subscribers" radio button is selected under "Send to"
- Under select filters, choose the right filters to filter for your set of leads
- If no filters are selected, the campaign will be broadcast to all OPEN leads
- Click
