Pass Through Events Webhook​

This webhook allows you to receive all incoming waba events. This inludes inbound messages, status events, message template updates, account updates, etc...

The format of these events the same as described in meta documentation. You can read more about these events and types from Meta's official documentation here

Listening to all whatsapp inbound events​

You can configure a webhook from your code / platform like n8n in Chakra Chat to listen to all these WhatsApp events. Follow the steps to add a configuration:

  1. Go to "WhatsApp Setup" page
  2. Click "More" tab
  3. Toggle the config under "Enable pass through webhook" to yes
  4. Provide a webhook url under "Pass through webhook url"
  5. Click "Save" from the top right corner of the plugin page
