Overview

The article outlines steps to disconnect your WhatsApp Business API (WABA) from Chakra Chat and delete your Chakra Chat account.

⚠️⚠️ Note: To delete your Chakra Chat account, disconnect the WABA first, then proceed with the account deletion.

Disconnect WhatsApp

• Go to WhatsApp Setupin the lest-side navigation bar. ⬇️ Scroll down to the bottom of the page
• Click on Disconnect WhatsApp to complete the disconnection process

Disconnect WhatsApp [Coexistence]

The WhatsApp business platform in Coexistence mode can be disconected from your WhatsApp business app

Access WhatsApp Business Platform

• Go to your WhatsApp Business mobile app. Click on Settings -> Account -> Business Platform

Disconnect WhatsApp Business Platform

• You'll find ChakraHQ connected. Click on Disconnect. Review it and complete the disconnection steps

Delete Chakra Account

• Click on your Account in the right-side top of Chakra dashboard. Go to Team Settings

• ⬇️ Scroll down to the bottom of the page in the General tab

  

• In the Delete Team section, click on Delete Team and complete the deletion process
