How to Connect Multiple WhatsApp Numbers in Chakra Chat

With Chakra, you can seamlessly connect multiple WhatsApp Business numbers to manage your communications efficiently. This feature is supported through the WhatsApp API and WhatsApp Coexistence Setup, allowing businesses to link each WhatsApp Business number they operate. As an Admin user, you can enjoy a unified view of all your numbers using the Shared Chat Inbox in Chakra. You can choose to have the users' access to a limited set of connected numbers.

Number Limits by Subscription Plan​

  • Chakra Free Plan: Connect up to 1 number.
  • Chakra Paid Plans (Starter, Growth, Advanced): Connect up to 5 numbers by default.
  • Additional Numbers: You can connect more numbers or multiple WhatsApp Business accounts beyond the default limit. A fee of $2 per additional number applies for each number exceeding the plan’s default allowance.

Steps to Connect Additional Numbers​

To add more WhatsApp numbers to your Chakra Chat account, you can follow the same steps as for a new number setup. You can follow the same steps as in the new number setup. Just select the ‘Create New WhatsApp Profile' option and add the new number during the setup.

  • Enter the new WhatsApp Business number during the setup process.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the configuration.

Managing Multiple Numbers​

Once connected, all your WhatsApp Business numbers can be accessed and managed through the Shared Chat Inbox, providing a centralized platform for efficient communication across your business operations.
