📝 How to Send Rich Text Messages on Chakra

You can attach videos, photos, and documents to messages in the Chat dashboard in any of the 2 ways

Drag and drop your file

• Drag and drop your file into the chat dashboard screen
• Type out the text part of your message
• Click Send

Select a file

• Click the clip icon on the left hand side of the text input
• Select a file from the file explorer
• Type out the text part of your message
• Click Send

Note regarding file formats and size

You can only send files of the following formats and sizes in accordance to WhatsApp API limits.
