Invite Team Members

1. Go to User Management

User Management can be accessed from Admin > User Management

2. Invite User

  • Click Invite User
  • This opens up the form for adding user details
  • If an email address is entered, a link to the app and configured password will be sent to this user
  • New users then can change their password from Account Settings

3. A note on role types

From the user management section you can also create different user roles. All roles can be of one of the following types

  • Admin - Admins have access to all configurations and data.
  • Manager - Managers have limited configuration access and all data.
  • User - Users do not have access to team level configurations and only the data that is relevant/assigned to them.
