Team level settings

1. Access team level settings

Admins can access Team level settings from [Admin > Team]

2. Configure Timezone

The most common configuration to do here after initial team setup is to choose the default timezone for your team. This timezone configuration will be helpful in determining timezone sensitive calculations like metrics and scheduled actions.

Note this does not affect you team members in different timezones. For Eg: even if your team's default timezone is EST, your team members operating in GMT timezone will be able to use Chakra in his timezone without any issue.

3. Configure Telephony Country Codes

Under the telephony section - Please select the default country calling code. This will make sure that all phone number inputs has this country code pre-selected, saving you extra clicks.

Please note that this just enables the pre-selecion of a default country code - you will still be able to select other country codes in phone inputs.

If you want to whitelist the country codes that are avaialble via the phone number input, you can configure the same via Enabled Country Calling Code input.

4. Save

Do not forget to save these configuration changes by clicking the Save button on the top right section.
